Cheri Red

New release and part of sWet, a new line of erotica at Shara Azod, LLC

Office politics can be tricky. Throw a ménage in the mix and you have all kinds of leg room for trouble. But what's a girl to do when it seems that her body's needs far surpass the risks of spending her mornings, evenings and nights in the arms of two delicious co-workers? Cheri has much to lose if anyone suspects that Tom and Dan are sharing more than just business plans with her on a regular basis. The issue is, that the wetness between her thighs when they're near and the lust in both their gazes have a direct correlation with making her forget everything aside from how she feels when they touch her

Denying Bjorn ~Night Owl Reviews Top Pick

This has been a great day. My youngest turned thirteen, and I've put the finishing touches on my WIPs and reading over them before sending off to publishers. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from Night Owl Romance with this wonderful review!

Yes, I did a happy dance because Denying Bjorn was a top pick! Bookshifter, the reviewer touched me when she said she felt a deep kindred and spiritual  connection with Lydia and Bjorn. I have to thank the readers though. After writing Claiming Julia, I never thought of giving Bjorn Jensen his own story. At the time, nothing was there and I found myself thinking, how the heck will I pull this off? So, I started writing the story a few hours each day while working on other projects. Eventually the story snowballed into something where I was forced to put my other WIPs away. Thanks readers for all your kind support and your suggestions. Also, a special thanks goes to Bookshifter for a beautiful review that has me burning the midnight oil!

Blurb:

Bjorn Jensen has fulfilled his destiny by overseeing the well-being of his Dragon Lord. For centuries, he's led a lonely existence as a Protector, but now he's forced to take a long hard look at his life.
Lydia has strong feelings for Bjorn, but she's not ready to trust him with her secret. As their relationship develops, she continues to deny him the truth. Between her meddlesome cousin and a threat from her past, she realizes the odds are against her, and the skeletons in her closet could cost she and Bjorn the happiness they've been waiting for all their lives.
Warning: Get cozy and break out the wine. This steamy read contains a svelte Viking-like immortal who knows how to please, protect, and pamper the love of his life, and a strong heroine who eventually realizes the value of trust in a loving relationship.

NOR Review

Guest Blogger Jamallah Bergman

Good morning my lovelies! I hope everyone has had a positive week! Please give a warm welcome to my author friend, Jamallah Bergman. Jamallah writes spicy erotic romance.

I've read Special King of Woman and loved it. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to read Sorry, Wrong Number, even though I have it. I'd better catch up soon because The Biker Next Door will be out soon! I believed Jamallah just turned in the edits to this one!

Sorry Wrong Number Blurb:

All good things have a beginning and with this story, it all begins with a call. Marcie Reynolds thought nothing of grabbing the phone that evening but she never thought that once she answered and heard the amazing voice on the other end that anything would happen, since the fact that the man had the wrong number.

Jonathan Sutton thought he had the right number and after the second time he calls, he couldn’t help but be enthralled after listening to the sweet voice on the other end. Soon he strikes up a conversation with the girl who calls herself ‘Joan’ and quickly sparks fly.
Watch as Marcie and Jonathan make what seems like something as innocent as a phone call into something that neither one of them will never forget.

EXCERPT

Marcie had come back inside and started cleaning one of the tables in preparation for the next customer. Soon the door opened and a little voice said, “Is Marcie here?” She looked towards the door and saw a little black girl wearing a blue plaid jumper, a white shirt and some black Mary Jane’s with long black hair in pigtails. In her little hand, she had a long stemmed yellow rose. Walking towards the little girl, Marcie said, “I’m Marcie.”
Jonathan could see her from the window at the side of the storefront. Thankfully for him, he could see her reaction when she got the rose. She was even more beautiful than he could ever have imagined. He had all of the children lined up with roses, having given them all instructions on what to do. Peeking through once more, he couldn’t get enough of looking at her. She looked gorgeous, he thought as she stood there wide-eyed. He could tell she was in shock because of the look in her eyes when the little girl asked for her. He thought she looked fantastic even though she was wearing nothing more than a pair of jeans that showed her thick hips, a black T-shirt that hugged her breasts nicely and those lips, my God, he had dreamt of tasting those lips of hers every single night.
“This is for you, ma’am, hope you like it.” And the little girl walked quickly out through the door, leaving Marcie looking perplexed. A second later, another little girl came in and with a smile, handed her another rose and walked out of the diner. Soon another and another little kid came into the diner, all with roses in their hands, a smile, and a greeting of hello. Marcie
laughed as she found herself with an armful of roses and still looking puzzled as to what was going on, she glanced over at Lorraine who was giggling up a storm.
“Do you need some help with those?” Lorraine asked.
“I think so; these thorns are pricking my hands and skin.” Lorraine was helping gather the roses when Marcie heard more footsteps coming inside. She glanced over towards the door once more. Marcie couldn’t believe what she was seeing before her. It was him, her Jonathan, standing before her with a single red rose.
He looked like some kind of god, she thought, as he came towards her with a smile on his face. He was truthful when he’d told her she probably wouldn’t believe him when he described how he actually looked. But he was exactly as he’d said—- dark brown hair that was long against the back of his neck and beautiful hazel eyes that sparkled down on her. He was a big fella, she thought, as he towered over her.
“Hello, Marcie.” His voice was rich and sweet and she closed her eyes, smiling at the sound of him saying her name.
“Can you say that again, just one more time, say my name again?”
He smiled while slowly taking her in his arms to kiss her lips ever so softly. Every part of her body seemed to scream out loud with a yearning she had never felt before in her life. She found herself slowly going limp in his arms as he held her close to him while he kissed her. But eventually he stopped as she opened her eyes for a moment and smiled. “Hello, Marcie.”

2013 New Year's Blog Hop

Wow, 2013 is here and I still can't believe it! Time goes by so fast when you're having fun, doesn't it? Just like when you're ready an awesome book.  ; )

Well, even though time is whizzing by us like the speed of light, there are so many things I'm thankful for. My family, health, and many accomplishments I've made in the publishing industry and outside of it. I'm very happy, and when I set a certain goal, I work like a crazy lady achieving that goal. Usually people say they have a New Year's resolution. Nahh. I don't believe in those. New Year's Resolutions usually fade like dust in the wind, you know? The key is to set certain goals for yourself and reach them. Great example is I'm determined to submit four short stories and send one self published story off to my editor this week. I've submitted one story to a publisher two days ago and I received the contracts  a few hours ago. I'm waiting to hear back from another publisher and I've been writing like crazy to wrap up a WIP and ship it off to my editor.

Those are all my writing goals. I have a freelance cover design business and I'm a cover artist for two publishers now. I need to send a mock up to a client and send final copies of a mystery cover off to one of my publishers. Oh yeah, and one publisher has asked me to consider creating a logo for her. Yes, 2013 is definitely lifting off and there's so much more for me to accomplish.

Okay, that's enough about me. I'm giving away a free copy of Ghosts of Lassiter Towers. If you're a lover of ghosts stories with an erotic touch and a little suspense, then you'll love this book.

Blurb:

Thrust into financial hardship after a bad investment, Annette and Anthony Bruzzetti are forced to live with his mother, Miriam, until they pull themselves up by their bootstraps. Fed up with Lady Barracuda’s nitpicking, Annette is finally triumphant in talking hubby to moving across the wrong side of the tracks to Lassiter Towers… a place harboring it's own deadly secrets.

After spending just a few nights in their home, Annette draws the attention of a ghost, and she soon learns the mysterious secret that dwells in the hole in the wall down in the boiler room.

Romance Suspense Author Stephanie Freeman

Happy New Year everyone! Today I'd like you to meet Stephanie Freeman, an author of romantic suspense novels.

Baltimore, Maryland– Stephanie Freeman, a local educator and author recently published her first three novels: Necessary Evil on June 4, 2012, Nature of the Beast on October 8, 2012 and A Letter from Yesay coming in February 2013 with Crimson Romance Publishing.

Necessary Evil is a compelling tale of heartache and redemption. Detective Cassiel Garret suspects the pretty young temp worker knows more about a string of audacious bank robberies and jewel heists than she’s letting on. But there’s something about her, something that all of his training tells him is terribly wrong. An even deeper knowing makes him believe she’s more than a common thief or an accessory to the crimes that are plaguing his hometown. Does he forego all of his training to follow his heart—or will a call to duty win out?

Nature of the Beast is an equally compelling story of where the twists and turns lead to a dizzying conclusion. Someone wants to kill Willow Daniels. Can she trust an enigmatic nightclub owner or will the secrets that surround him destroy them both?

A Letter from Yesay starts off the new year with a book that revisits the shades and shards of memory that define us all. Mystery Writer Garin Carter fills her days and nights with solving mysteries. When her fiction leaves the page will the contents of a letter and the presence of a stranger bring closure to a tragedy or spawn a new one?

Freeman, a graduate of the University of Baltimore’s Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences grew up in a household that thrived on good books. Now, she taps that experience in the first of a planned series of books set in the fictitious town of Shadow, Bay, Maryland.

Freeman draws from the world around her to come up with plot ideas. “Moral dilemmas are a favorite of mine because they are universal,” the author said. “You just put people together in any kind of semi-permanent way and all kinds of things happen. You discover that people aren’t fully good or bad. They are somewhere in between.”

Stephanie Freeman’s stories explore the darker side of human emotion.  Her stories focus on the heartbreaks and desires of a town steeped in tradition and history; a community that is anything but sleepy and quiet.
After only a few months in print, critics and reviewers are praising Freeman’s work as;
“Bold and unapologetic.”
“ Captivating and Heart Wrenching!”
“Gripping and Emotional!”
“Fantastic!”
“Waiting for the sequel!”
“Another stellar performance from Stephanie Freeman!”

With five star reviews and an ever growing fan base behind her, and more books to follow including the highly anticipated sequel to Necessary Evil, Stephanie Freeman is fast becoming a new voice in American Romantic Suspense/ Thriller Fiction!
