A Blast From The Past: Just An Average Vampire

Good morning and Happy April 1st! I certainly hope everyone has had a wonderful Easter. Once or twice a week I'll be posting steamy excerpts of books from my backlist for those of you who are only familiar with my recent works.Today I'm spotlighting Just an Average Vampire. Check out Book Junkie's review of the book here.  Just an Average Vampire hits close to home and is one of my favorites. Love sensitive vampires? Then this book is for you!  ; )

What would you do if the man you adored admitted he's a vampire?

After discovering the courage to divorce her abusive husband, Trina Jones rises from her ashes like the legendary Phoenix. Strong-willed and determined, she rebuilds her independence. After her divorce, a string of bad luck sets her back tremendously. Faced with eviction and repossession, Trina becomes frustrated. To make matters worse, she is laid off from her job.

Vampire Cecil McKagan graciously accepts Trina into his home once he discovers her hardship. The bond between them ultimately strengthens, and the pair become lovers. However, past negativities threaten to tear the couple apart...

Steamy Excerpt

A hard knock came on the door, startling Cecil from his thoughts. He cursed himself as his sweats made his raging hard-on so damn obvious. Oh well, what the fuck? He quickly paid for the pizza and the two liter bottle of soda. He set it down on the small coffee table.

“Umm, that smells delicious!” She strolled into the living room with a large, black towel around her body as she carried a duffel bag containing a change of clothing. Cecil’s breath was snatched away as the woman bent over, showing off the delicious treasure between her thighs. On purpose, she had spread her legs before she bent over, allowing moist pink flesh, contrasting with that of her dark, satiny brown skin, to entice him. It was all he could do not to roll up on her and plunge himself balls deep into that tight little snatch of hers. To make matters worse, she turned around, after rummaging through her bag, with an extra large T-shirt. His face and his hard-on betrayed him.

“Wow,” Trina purred, lowering the towel, revealing a set of delicious, full breasts. “Are you that happy to see me?” She grinned, eyeing his arousal. The little vixen knew what she was doing to him. She made matters worse as her eyes graced his body. In return, his eyes traced every curve of her body. Trina Jones was stacked, built like a brick shithouse, her breasts, firm and round, the size of cassava melons. Her ass, well, hot damn, that luscious ass of hers. He’d imagined shoving his face between those delicious plump cheeks until she baptized his face with her sweet juices. Last, but not least, those delicious, thick thighs. Her physique was exquisite, and on many occasions, he’d come close to busting a load in his jeans when thinking of those satiny brown thighs wrapped around his waist.

“Come and get some pizza.” He turned away to fix her a plate. Trina came up behind him, grinding her mound against him like some horn-dog. “Come on, woman, stop your playing.” He would lose his control, and that would be all she wrote. Sighing, he placed a slice of pizza on her plate.
